Donald Trump leaves US with UN Human Rights Commission

The US has said goodbye to the membership of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). Last year, the United States had accused the UNHRC of being very biased about Israel and had said that America was thinking about its membership.

he said . He said, "For a long time the Human Rights Council has been the patron of human rights violators and is making a stronghold of political discrimination. Sadly, now it is clear that our appeal for improvement is not being heard. " 

Disappointed UNHCROn the US decision, UNHRC tweeted the statement of its chief Zaid and said that it was not surprising to know but disappointed. It was further said that in view of the situation of human rights in the world, the United States should more and more reliably support human rights, rather it should have withdrawn from it.
